With the COVID national emergency behind us, CBC Mortgage Agency has returned to normal operating practices regarding processing, invoicing, and adherence to normal EPD practices, in according with HUD requirements. Due to COVID-19 and forbearance rules still currently in place for certain borrowers, some EPD notifications you receive will be for informational purposes only, indicating a loan that may fall out of forbearance that will become a valid EPD at a later date. All other notifications and invoices will be considered valid EPDs requiring response and resolution from our Correspondent partners in a timely manner. Some of these notices will unfortunately be dated due to reporting issues with our servicer. If you have questions, please contact your Corporate Account Representative.
